This place is terrible as it can get. Staff is extremely unprofessional talking nonsense and absurd things. We tried parking our vehicle outside for which the receptionist said the cops would come and tow our vehicle and they also raid the hotel at times. Towing vehicle is fine I can understand but I do not know why they would raid the hotel. This is very suspicious and dangerous, made me question what business are they exactly running and we should not get stuck in their mess. I do not recommend this if you’re travelling with family. Please find a better and safe place. The receptionist has to be changed or teach him good manners at the least.

Very poor and not for elder people and family…..because cigarettes atmosphere very bad smoke odour……lot of disturbance….some drunk and gave big noise so on that floor people can’t sleep two nights…hotel receptionist even complained no response 🤬🤬🤬🤬…..even we called him ….they didn’t attend call….room service pakka disobedience

I had one of the worst experiences at Accord Suits Inn, Bengaluru (opposite Gopalan Innovation Mall). The staff at the reception were extremely rude and even insulted us, saying we were staying in a hotel for the first time. They also tried to fake bills and make us pay extra money, which was very cunning. The only positive part was the kitchen staff, who were polite and kind. Definitely not worth the money — better to book directly elsewhere and avoid this place.

A lot of things are good but the worst part is lots and lots of baby cockroaches inside many rooms. Changed 3 rooms but still ended up with a room with few baby cockroaches. Management MUST have rooms fumigated between guests and not ignore plates, cups, food scraps, garbage, etc. left outside the rooms by guests and needs to be cleaned more often so they don't become breeding ground for cockroaches.

Decent rooms , Good location and Good Service . Would rate 3.5/5. We booked this Hotel as it was closer to VFS global. Checked in at 3AM and the checkin process was smooth and fast. They helped take our bag to the room. The room in itself was good, seemed renovated. The aspect that we did not like is The Bathroom , not renovated and did not seem great to enter The bath towel provided too did not seem fresh and just 1 was provided The blankets and bedsheets did not seem fresh During checkout they helped us with our bags Overall a decent hotel with good room.
