Area 83

Had a wonderful experience at Area 83! 🌿✨ The place is beautiful, peaceful, and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The surroundings are well-maintained, the ambience is lovely, and there are plenty of activities to keep you entertained. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall hospitality was great. The food was also delicious and added to the experience. It’s a perfect place to spend quality time with family and friends, away from the usual city rush. Everything was good leaving the kayaking lake. It was very dirty. Definitely a place I’d love to visit again! ❤️

We visited Area 83 Resort ,and it was a wonderful experience. We took the day-out package. The staff were excellent, especially the Adventure team Madan.They helped us so much throughout our visit. Even the food tasted excellent. There were so many live counters, and everything was awesome. Our kids enjoyed a lot. It was completely worth the price. The pool with music and videos was heaven for us. Excellent, excellent, excellent! Most importantly, the staff were truly wonderful. We absolutely loved the experience. The price is also very reasonable compared to other nearby resorts.

Lovely resort for a dayout with family. Nice atmosphere and the staff are very helpful. The food is really good too. The sky swing is one of the best activities for sure. The water activities like kayaking and watercycle are available but the lake is in a very poor condition, there is a really bad odor so you cant really do these activities. The staff themselves suggest you do other activities instead which could have been mentioned at the booking itself. I was a little disappointed as I was expecting to try out the water activities but could not. The resort is more focused for team outings but individuals and families can have fun too. The pool is not as big as it seems in the pictures and

Good place to spend a day. It's designed to host corporate events, weddings, etc but smaller groups can have fun as well. Lots of outdoor activities for all ages. We had gone for a company outing of about 500 people. The food is good and staff are helpful. They have ample parking space as well. Activities include football, badminton, table tennis, archery, paintball, human foosball(must try), football, rope climbing, zipline, giant swing, boating, dirt bikes.... You name it 😅 Only problem is the distance. If you're not from the south of Bengaluru, expect a 1-2hr drive to reach the place even on weekends.

We stayed in 2BHK villa and the room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The greenery and overall atmosphere of the property were nice and relaxing. However, there are a few areas that need improvement. The food was average and could have been much better considering the price. Some facilities, such as the swimming pool and lake area, were not maintained well. The activity timings are also a bit difficult for overnight guests, as there is limited time to enjoy them between check-in and check-out. Overall, we had a decent stay. The villa experience was good, but better maintenance, food quality and clearer communication about activities and inclusions would make the experience much better.
