One of the worst places to stay.First and foremost was the checkin which took more than 20 minutes for a room that was already booked and paid and then the best part is that there is no water available in the washroom and they charge around 3k for a single day..the receptionist staff are least bothered and totally unprofessional .We had to change rooms twice and still none of the rooms have water in the washrooms.And the rooms are full of mosquitos and they key cards of the rooms don't even work..we can have to call the staff personally for them to come up and open our room doors.We had to use drinking water to wash out faces and our hands.We informed the staff and still no action has been

Worst Management & Totally Unprofessional Experience This is not a proper lodge or hotel — it’s just a room inside a club, and everything here is poorly managed. 1. Parking & Entry – Entry/exit is a nightmare. They won’t open the gate unless a staff member comes with a card. Be prepared to waste your time every single time. 2. Bar Access – To even order a drink, you first need to create a food card, pay ₹200, then recharge it again. Completely unnecessary and irritating process. 3. Hot Water – Hot water facility is pathetic. You have to keep the tap running for 10–15 minutes, and even then there is no guarantee you’ll get hot water. 4. BNGV Mystic Premier is a club with rooms, people in the vicinity know it only as a club and not a hotel. Due to the misleading google map direction I had a tough time reaching this hotel (club), instead of directing to the proper main entrance the google map direction led me into a narrow lane to the rear side of the club which has no access for guest cars. Of late google maps directions are quite misleading and the car drivers are put into trouble of getting stuck in wrong and narrow routes.

Nice big area for a party. Was here for a birthday party. Food was also nice.

Stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. Food is okay. Rooms are good. Oberall service could be improved, specially co-ordination between different entities of it. Also one thing to mention acoustics is not good, you'll have to enjoy in low noise. Voice could be easily heard in corridor and upper floors. But liked this place.
