⭐⭐☆☆☆ (2/5) The property itself is good and we had a pleasant stay, but the overall experience was spoiled by the poor management and lack of transparency. The biggest issue was that important terms and conditions were never communicated in advance. We were asked to pay a security deposit, but nowhere before or during check-in were we informed that the refund would only be processed after a few days instead of at checkout. Another disappointing experience was regarding the children's policy. We were clearly told that children below 13 years were complimentary. However, at the time of checkout, the management suddenly introduced a new condition that only five children were allowed under th
