I have visited Elim Resort more than 10 times with my office colleagues, and every time my experience has been very good. Even though the resort is relatively old, the food quality and cleanliness have always been good. However, this time the experience was completely different. The food quality was extremely poor, and the cleanliness across the entire resort was disappointing. There was a bad smell in many places, and the restrooms were in such poor condition that we could hardly use them. I sincerely feel that these aspects need immediate attention. The place is beautiful, surrounded by lots of greenery, making it a relaxing getaway. It's a good option for office day outings and for people who enjoy alcohol parties. However, the rooms and bathrooms need better maintenance. The bathroom had water leakage all the time, and the dustbin looked like it hadn't been cleaned properly in a long time. The food was just average, and I feel they should improve their hygiene standards, as I unfortunately got food poisoning after returning home. We recently visited Elim Resort for a team outing with a group of 30 people. To be honest, I was a bit skeptical because of the Google reviews, but since it was a last-minute plan, we decided to go ahead. The experience turned out to be much better than expected. The resort was clean, well-maintained, and the staff were polite and never pushy. They were flexible throughout our stay—we were even allowed to make the payment at the end, and there were no unnecessary restrictions that spoiled the fun. My wife and I stayed at Elim Resorts for 4 days during her exams, and the experience was truly beyond our expectations. The resort has a calm and peaceful environment, which was very helpful during such a stressful time. One thing we really appreciated was the food service — we could simply order over the phone, and the restaurant within the resort ensured the food was prepared and delivered exactly on time. When you’re preparing for exams, time matters more than anything, and they understood that perfectly. A special mention to the reception staff, especially Donald, Dillan, and Satiamma. The property is absolutely gorgeous and radiates a peaceful, calming energy from the front desk to the farthest corner of the grounds. It never felt crowded or noisy; instead, it felt like our own private oasis. The rooms are incredibly clean, modern, and perfectly soundproofed for a peaceful night's rest.
