I just paid 1059 for the worst ,tasteless chicken Biriyani and Mutton pepper dry. On the top I am paying CGST 25.23 and SGST 25.23. I don't mind hefty paying if the food is good and soul is happy. But I am paying hefty amount for the world class third grade Biriyani which has no taste at all and mutton is consisting only the fat part . Really very very disappointed with this outlet

Absolutely disappointed with the service and food quality. The service was unbelievably slow. I requested drinking water from four different staff members, yet nobody bothered to bring it to my table. After waiting nearly 40 minutes, I finally received a glass of water. That level of service is simply unacceptable. I ordered Half Chicken and Tandoori Roti, and both were a huge letdown. The chicken was not even served hot and tasted like it had been sitting for a long time before being brought to the table. What made the experience even worse was the staff's attitude. Our go-to orders here are the Alfaham and chicken biryani. We’ve also tried their mango special, which was really delicious. Most of the time the food is very good, although on a few occasions we found the chicken a bit dry. The service is good, but the waiting time can be slightly long during busy hours.

The food was fantastic...the Grill and DBC were both highlights. However, the service didn't live up to the meal. I asked for an extra salad multiple times but was completely ignored. While it’s a small request, it’s these little details that make for a truly great customer experience. Hoping for better service next time

Empire feels a bit overrated, especially when it comes to mutton biriyani. The mutton biriyani, though decent, does not justify the ₹400+ price tag. It uses jeera rice, which takes away from the traditional biriyani experience and feels underwhelming for the cost. The chicken biriyani, however, is better — “the rice quality is good and flavourful,” making it a safer choice here. On the positive side, customer service is excellent — polite, prompt, and attentive. The place was not overly crowded even on a Sunday during peak hours, which was a pleasant surprise.
