Purchased the vehicle in May, 2026. The vehicle itself is very good. One star rating is only for servicing. In Pune the service center is in Wagholi, which is around 25 kms far from my home, whereas, the company owned showroom is in Wakdewadi, which is much near and yet no servicing is available at the company operated showroom itself. Additionally, I was assured that another service center would open but nothing yet. Moreover, the service center operated by Ralas Wheels is charging 590/- towards labour for first service which is ever unheard of. The company must organise it's service or will end up like Ola.

I bought the River Indie scooter with a lot of enthusiasm, but I have been facing several persistent issues right from the beginning: 1. The scooter constantly pulls to the left side. 2. The front suspension is very hard, making the ride uncomfortable. 3. There is abnormal noise from the front. I visited the Mamangalam service center three times, but none of these issues were resolved: 1st visit: They said the complaint was rectified, but nothing changed. 2nd visit: They claimed the front shock absorber was replaced, yet the problem continued. 3rd visit: They told me the sound is “normal,” which it clearly is not. Near to the ITPL main road. Decent entrance with some seating in the waiting area. A security staff manages the reception, and does a good job. It’s a good building, around 4 floors, with a cafeteria on the top floor. The place is neatly designed, and it felt good to be there. I got a positive vibe when I was there. Seeing the kind of people employed there exactly gives you a feel how the company is responsible for what they do. These are the kind of places where employee satisfaction happens. I hope the guys from there agree to what I just assumed 😜
