Our visit to ITC Gardenia was made truly special by Aiswarya. From the moment we arrived at the restaurant, she greeted us with warmth and professionalism, making us feel genuinely welcome. Her attention to detail, friendly nature, and commitment to ensuring a flawless dining experience were exceptional. She consistently checked on us, anticipated our needs, and went above and beyond to make our evening memorable. The level of hospitality she demonstrated reflects the highest standards of ITC Gardenia. We sincerely appreciate her efforts and look forward to returning again.

This place is Wow!!! Happen to visit this place as part of a certification event organized by Claude Anthropic.. This place is so luxurious and the service is top notch.. post our exam we were given snacks in roof top.. Everything was so clean, well organised and delicious.. Looking forward for a stay..

This is our third visit to the hotel. It is excellent hotel, service is exceptional and food is great. Hence we booked again. Unfortunately this time, we did not had same experience. We arrived at 9PM, booked club room and the room was not ready, waited for 15 minutes at the counter and then they assigned some other room which was not cleaned properly. Booking was done through Marriott Bonvoy and the points were not credited to the app. When I called the manager, he wanted booking reference which i did not had as my bill was misplaced. Overall it is not good experience this time.

A great place to stay, located near the heart of the city, very close to lalbagh, mg road and lavelle road, and have great bus connectivity to Majestic which is next to railway station. Please do visit the Fabelle store to savour their delectable choco based desserts, worth the experience folks. Rooms are modern with bathtub facility and this hotel features a Jacuzzi which was one of the highlight during my stay. It's a leed certified property which focuses on eco-friendly practices and ensures their guests are comfortable at the same time. Had a wonderful experience at ITC Gardenia. The food was excellent, with great taste and quality. What made the evening even more special was the magical performance by Magician Vishal. His tricks were truly impressive and entertaining, creating a memorable experience for everyone. I had a great time and thoroughly enjoyed the hospitality, food, and entertainment. Highly recommended!
