We, as a family of three, had dinner at Dakshin, and to say that the food was amazing would be an understatement. The entire experience, from beginning to end, was lovely. Jagdeesh Sir and Shankar Sir even took care of our child’s meal, arranging a small portion of rice and sambhar, along with the rest of the experience. The staff was also very attentive, and warm. And the food, if you want to experience truly authentic South Indian cuisine, this is it. Come and experience it yourself. Thank you so much.

We went for a short family staycation on a weekend. The property in itself is amazing and the rooms are maintained very well. The service is also very good. Kids had a very good time playing in the pool which is also very well maintained. The lifeguard on duty, Mr Shanmugham was very helpful and courteous. The breakfast buffet spread was good enough although it's a bit of hassle to navigate since the items are placed all across the restaurant floor. Evening lounge hours with complimentary drinks and snacks was well organised and the buffet spread was also decent. One issue for me was regarding the Valet parking. Had an amazing dining experience at Royal Afghan! The food was packed with authentic flavors, and every dish was cooked to perfection. The kebabs were incredibly tender, the Dal Bukhara was rich and delicious, and the freshly baked naan complemented everything perfectly. The ambience was elegant and peaceful, making it a great place for a special dinner. The staff were warm, attentive, and ensured we had a memorable experience. Had an amazing stay at ITC Windsor. The staff were excellent from front desk to housekeeping. Ms. Pranati made sure we were settled in on the day of arrival and, during our stay, gave us a tour of the hotel, explaining everything the property has to offer. Mr. Kasi and his team at Dakshin went above and beyond to accommodate our dietary restrictions, customizing dishes to our tastes. The food there is heavenly. Breakfast at The Raj Pavilion was excellent too—a wide variety of dishes and equally warm staff. Had a great stay at ITC Windsor. Everything was excellent, from the room service to the dining experience. The only area where I feel there is room for improvement is the hospitality during check-in. When I arrived, I did not receive a welcome drink, and the overall welcome experience felt less warm than expected. We had lunch at Raj Pavilion, and Srijana was extremely helpful throughout our dining experience. She assisted us in choosing what to order and ensured that our food was served promptly. Her attentive service made our meal even more enjoyable. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I look forward to visiting again.
