Stayed here for 2 days last week.The stay was very pleasant and kids enjoyed every minute. Best part of our stay was the food..The chef Mr Raju Dorjee and his team went out of their way to make us experience the best food..The kids made many options to choose and try different cuisines.. Hope to come again and stay here.

I really appreciate the housekeeping team near the conference hall restroom. I’ve noticed that they consistently keep the restroom clean and well-maintained, and they seem to check and clean it regularly throughout the day. Their attention to cleanliness and hygiene is truly commendable. Great job, and thank you for maintaining such a high standard!

We recently stayed at the JW Marriott Hotel Bengaluru with our family and had an absolutely delightful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel warmly welcomed and took great care of every detail. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and very comfortable — perfect for a family. We especially loved the beautiful views of Cubbon Park. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were incredibly soft after long days exploring the city. The food was a real highlight. This hotel has itself set up right! I was communicating with the hotel days before I arrived as this was my first trip to India. JW Marriott took care of me all along the way. The concierge was able to contact me via whatsapp and tracked my flight all the way to the airport. Upon arriving, someone met me at brought me to the shuttle service to the airport. Seamless and friendly experience. The staff on check in (led by Anshul) was no different, very professional and polished. The hotel and rooms were very well kept and have nothing but great things to say. Location is close by a park, and is maintained well. Coming back to Bangalore, I have no hesitation in recommending this hotel.

I stayed here with our team for client meeting and conference and it was amazing experience. Smooth check-in process by Mr. Bhagat, one of the staff at the counter. Room was luxurious and view of Cubbon park was great. Especially the sunset! All the amenities one can ask for was available in the room as well as at hotel. Room service was really quick like 5-10 minutes turn-around-time. Conference room for our meeting was also good and staff were continuously keeping check of water bottles and other office supplies if needed. Overall amazing experience!
