Lago Palms Resort in Electronic City

Extremely disappointed with our experience at Lago Palms Resort. We came as a group of 35 people and unfortunately the experience was poor across the board: *Food*: Worst quality, not hygienic *Cleanliness*: Pools were dirty and unsafe, halls were not cleaned, chairs were peeling off *Management & Staff*: Unprofessional, no courtesy. Owner Mr. Vajra Jain did not even call back or respond *Facilities*: No proper parking, bad road/landmark access, zero hygiene standards This was not the resort experience we expected. We would not recommend Lago Palms Resort to anyone. Hope the management takes accountability and improves. Or closes down.

The resort's location is far inside, where the road is not proper. Inside there is a big swimming pool for adults and another one for children. The condition of swimming pool was good. But the rain dance area was not in good condition, the water sprinklers and the lights inside were not working properly at all. The indoor games area was also not good at all, only three games were available, those are table tennis, carrom board and a chess board and inside the sofas, lights and fan's condition were also not in good condition. I had a not-so-good experience there. I visited with high expectations, but unfortunately, it did not meet them. Since we went in June, the weather was pleasant and cool, which was one of the highlights of the trip. However, the rooms were not very refreshing or well-maintained. The indoor play area was quite disappointing. It was dusty, and many of the chairs were broken, making it feel neglected. As vegetarians, we faced some inconvenience during lunch. Although the staff offered to serve a vegetable curry, it arrived so late that we had already finished our meal by then. Overall, the experience was average and did not live up to our expectations.

There is no option to give 1/2 star !!! If it’s the last resort available to spend some relaxing time I would still suggest u to sit in ur balcony or terrace !!! Reaching to this place is a task with bad roads !!! No sign boards also !! The most under maintained property dirty rooms , bed sheets not changed for sure , cracks in walls of rooms , bathroom horrible so so dirty , flush doesn’t work taps are all salt corroded !! A very big property for once built really well big swimming pools which are not absolutely dirty and dogs are drinking water from that !!! A very big indoor games hall n dining hall !! Worst experience in Varnam event happened here. The entire event was badly managed and the resolt filthy as hell. There is no water in wash basin, washroom. Toilet was worse than public toilets. Swimming pool water was kind of sewage. No drinking water. Overall, it's not a resort, but a public property from a third world country.
