The Sheraton Grand is a beautiful property, and the food at Feast restaurant is genuinely outstanding, with an impressive variety and excellent quality. Unfortunately, our overall experience was significantly let down by the attitude and level of service at the front desk. Our stay was unexpected as our flight was cancelled at the last minute. We were already anxious and stressed, and in such circumstances, we expected some understanding and reassurance from the hotel. Instead, on several occasions, the attitude we experienced made us feel more like a burden than guests who needed assistance. We requested two room keys for one room because my husband smokes and needs to step outside. This

Had a fantastic lunch at Feast. The spread is absolutely massive, but the real highlights are the live counters and the starters—everything tasted fresh and hot. Whatever you do, make sure you save room for the dessert section because it is honestly next-level. The restaurant itself is beautiful and spacious, and the service was super attentive even though it was busy. Perfect spot for a celebratory family lunch or a special occasion. Will definitely be back!

Had an excellent stay at the Sheraton Grand Bangalore. The property truly lives up to its name, the lobby is grand, modern, and beautifully designed. From arrival, the hospitality stood out. I received a warm and personalized welcome from Alok (I believe that was his name), which set the tone for the stay. As a Marriott Titanium Elite member, I was upgraded to a suite, which was greatly appreciated. The Sheraton Club Lounge was another highlight, with 24/7 access and a pleasant evening happy hour offering drinks and snacks.
