Signature Club Resort

Absolutely amazing experience we had at this resort. The whole team, right from front desk to restaurant team is highly professional and so polite. I have stayed in 100s of hotels but never experienced this level of friendly and polite staff. We had some medical issues and Dayanidhi (duty manager) helped us to go see a doctor. He drove us to the hospital and assured us that he will be there throughout for any kind of help. I can't thank him enough. Santosh and Ranjan from restaurant team were great as well. We visited Signature Club a few days back and overall it was a good and pleasant stay. - Food quality was really good. And there were good amount of options. - Kitchen and overall service was nice - *Special thanks to Rongila* — she was amazing! She really made my baby’s birthday special. So grateful to her. *Few suggestions for improvement:* 1. *Kids area*: The jumping castle / air castle is only open 12 to 3. It would be great if it could be available for the *whole day on weekends* so kids can enjoy more. 2. *Order time*: The time to get tea/food orders could be *faster*. Reducing the wait time would make it even better. Overall, we had a pleasant experience.

Overall, the stay was decent, but I didn’t feel it was worth the price. The room rates are on the higher side considering the amenities and overall experience offered. The rooms were clean, tidy, and well maintained, which was definitely a positive. The housekeeping staff were courteous, helpful, and did a great job throughout our stay. However, service from the bar and kitchen was quite slow, especially when ordering food or drinks to the room. The waiting time could definitely be improved. Booked this property for a corporate event. It is located close to the Kempegowda International Airport. The property is huge with lots of open area and vegetation. All the amenities were good and the service was top notch. Entire team has a great time here. Special mention for Harsh, Haripriya for the amazing hospitality and support during our stay.
