Taj West End more than lived up to my expectations. As a Bangalorean who has now relocated, it was wonderful to return and stay somewhere that still feels so welcoming and familiar. Mohammed at the concierge was exceptionally warm and helpful. He arranged a car for me within just a few minutes, which was incredibly convenient. The restaurant team were equally welcoming and attentive throughout our stay. Suraj and Sachin looked after us during our entire stay and were consistently friendly and attentive. Had a lovely lovely time with my wife here for our weekend stay. We had a beautiful and well-maintained room, wonderful service, delicious food and very accommodating staff. R. Santosh from the housekeeping staff became our guide on the last morning of our stay and showed us around the lush gardens and old and massive trees, waddling geese, the timeless Tata suite and terrace gardens up-top the lobby. Thanks Santosh! The place is a lovely heritage site and was definitely worth the visit and stay!

Hi, The above 1star is for the checkin service. Rest all services are good My wife and I recently stayed at Taj Westend. It was a great experience. Though everything was good. I want to bring to the management’s attention that we are disappointed with the check in process. We pre booked a room and went to the hotel. During checkin - checkin staff told he will upgrade our room to a better room and told it is free of cost and we accepted. After 1-2mins staring at his monitor, he told there is even a better upgrade with extra facilities. We accepted, after accepting we were told the upgrade is double the amount of our original booking. What makes this property truly special is that despite being located in the heart of Bengaluru, it feels completely removed from the city's hustle and bustle. Overall, the stay was comfortable and carried a strong 5-star business hotel feel, with several aspects of the service standing out positively. A special mention to Loya Ankur and Front Desk Manager Harsh, who were exceptionally courteous and professional. Harsh, in particular, ensured a very generous room upgrade, which significantly enhanced the experience. The Taj Lounge experience was also very good and well managed. At breakfast, Ravneet, the chef, and the waiting staff were attentive and hospitable, making the dining experience pleasant. Additionally, Miss Nisha at the massage/spa was excellent with her techniques and delivered a highly professional experience. That said, there were
