The Quad Club - Resort & Spa

Quad Club Resort is overpriced for the facilities it offers. It feels more like a clubhouse within a large plotted gated community than a full-fledged resort. The biggest drawback was the extremely slow service. The restaurant service was disappointing—we had to wait over 20 minutes for a simple cheese sandwich even after following up twice. In bathroom, water is not really hot it was just warm. This significantly affected the overall experience. On the positive side, Rooms are quite bigger, property is huge, the breakfast was decent, and the environment is peaceful and relaxing. I was here in The Quad Club for a family function, and I was mesmerised to see the property. Situated in a calm and serene place...with huge rooms and beautiful ambience. The hospitality was outstanding. Each and every staff was good ,closely monitoring us..and our needs. I have a small baby and was finding it little hard for things to be done but a staff named Ashwini and Rakesh so kind and generous, understood what we were going through and took care of the baby all the time we were busy having food or doing something. I mean it's a big yes to The Quad Club

The view of Nandi hills is beautiful and makes the entire visit peaceful and refreshing. Amazing food made with love and enjoying it with such a scenic backdrop makes it even better. Ambience was relaxing and service was courteous and overall experience was memorable. Great place to unwind and the food with a great view.

Had a pleasant stay in Tuscan Breeze villa for a day with my family and friends. Villa best suited 3 families. Everything was great from the design of the house to all the amenities. I want to suggest you to ventilate the rooms as there was some kind of odour/smell may be due to lot of mats. Otherwise a pleasant stay. Would like to mention the food at the club restaurant was great both dinner and breakfast. Reception can be improved.

Warm and comfortable stay with a cosy ,personalised valentine day dinner. Enjoyed the fresh air and open spaces. Food was well prepared and delicious. Niriksha and staff were helpful at every stage. Thank you, quad club.
