One of the best hotels I visited. Excellent hospitality. Superb ambience. High tech rooms. Steam bath, Sauna bath and Jacuzzi available. The rooms are luxury and has bath tubs. Special mention for Damini Das Panika, housekeeping manager for her excellent gesture and support.

Absolutely loved the experience at Ritz Dining Food & Kitchen! 😍 The food was delicious, but what really made it special was getting to see how the food is prepared right in front of you. It’s so satisfying to watch the whole process and see the care that goes into every dish! 👨‍🍳🔥 Everything looked fresh, clean, and beautifully prepared. The kitchen experience adds a whole different charm and makes the meal feel more interactive and exciting. From the moment we arrived, The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore made our first trip to India truly unforgettable. The hospitality was exceptional, and every interaction felt warm, genuine, and thoughtful. A special thank you to Manoj, Chef Munish, and Saumyadip for going above and beyond during our stay. They took the time to introduce us to local Indian cuisine with such passion and detailed explanations, making every meal an experience rather than just dining. They were incredibly friendly, patient, and eager to help us understand India’s rich culture and traditions, which we truly appreciated as first-time visitors. We stayed at The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore for one night with high expectations for a luxury experience. While there were some positives, overall the stay did not fully meet the standards we expected from a hotel in this category. The breakfast buffet at The Market was actually very good, with a wide variety of options and a pleasant dining experience. The Market restaurant overall was one of the better parts of our stay. However, we felt that the arrival and guest reception experience could have been much better. I recently stayed at The Ritz-Carlton for a one-day visit, and unfortunately, the experience fell significantly short of the standards one expects from a luxury five-star property. One of the most disappointing aspects was the service delivery. Wine that had been clearly committed to be served at 7 PM was only delivered at 3 AM, despite multiple follow-ups and reminders. Such a prolonged delay reflects serious gaps in coordination and attention to guest commitments, which is surprising for a brand known for high service standards.
