Vistar Resort, Bengaluru

Was a great stay and we loved it. The staff was very welcoming, all indoor games were in good condition, pool was clean, the food was good, service was good as well. Mocktails were little bit sweeter than expected but nothing to complain about. Overall it was good experience and we would definitely visit again.

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) We stayed at this hotel yesterday with our group of 11 people, and unfortunately, everyone had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was poor, the staff were not cooperative, and the food quality and quantity were not worth the price charged. None of us were satisfied with the hospitality or overall service. We expected much better, especially for the amount we paid. The hotel seriously needs to improve its customer service, food quality, and guest management. We would not recommend this hotel based on our experience.
