West Fort Hotel

I recently stayed at the West Fort Hotel in Rajajinagar, Bengaluru for two days, and I just wanted to drop a quick note to say how good it felt staying there. The main reason we had such a great time was your front desk employees. They were very sincere and had such a good attitude. Two of them, Parth and Reet, were especially Good and kind to us. A special thanks to Reet—she is a gorgeous lady who personally made sure all of our needs were taken care of. Please pass on my thanks to both Parth and Reet for their wonderful behavior. _*How a Willing Heart Always Finds Ways to Learn*_ On 11 June 2026, around 9:15 PM, I received a call from the hotel reception regarding dinner. There were five of us whose dinner was still pending, and the dining area was scheduled to close at 9:30 PM. One person decided not to have dinner and informed the hotel staff. For the remaining four of us, the staff wanted to know whether we would be coming so they could decide if the dining area should remain open. At that time, three of my colleagues were outside the hotel helping some of our team members with an important task. So, I went to the reception and requested if the dinner timing could be extended by 30 minutes. There, I met Mr. R

Party hall on the first floor: spacious to accommodate 50,60 people. Well decorated and has comfortable seating. The toilets, lift, coming areas are clean and maintained well. The front door and reception staff are polite and helpful. I didn't know about food as I didn't eat because I was nursing a queasy stomach. BTW, most important, the hotel is just 400 mtrs from KSR metro station and quite near KSR railway station. The hotel people could highlight this location advantage in their address.

Had a good experience overall. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the service was prompt. The staff really stood out — very polite, helpful, and attentive throughout the stay. Breakfast is vegetarian only (no eggs or non-veg), so something to keep in mind if you prefer those options. Away from the hustle and bustle of Magestic area! Comfortable stay overall 👍
