Visited on Apr 18th — the zip line accident was very serious—there was no proper braking applied to slow down and I ended up hitting at very high speed. staff supported with bandages ( nothing else was available ) for the injuries and stop bleeding due to accident. it was a serious accident with injuries and bleeding…post this accident we couldnt go for other rides. The second issue was with go-karting charges. We were charged the full amount(for 4X4 rounds for 3 people, but right after that I saw another customer being offered a discount for the same activity. That didn’t feel fair/ consistent . Safety and pricing consistency definitely need improvement. Would appreciate a call from the ow

From the moment you arrive, it’s clear that guest experience is the last thing on their priority list. No one pays attention to customers—you could walk in, stand around, and practically become invisible. The so-called “welcome drink” feels more like a punishment than hospitality. Everything was good but while doing go kart be aware they scam you by adding rounds even before you ride 1 after they'll directly skip to 3 or 4 so be careful
