Just checked in the Country Inn Hebbal - first impression is far below expectations from a 5 star hotel from Radisson group. I am a platinum rewards member - the first room alloted to me was like a 2 star category with stinking toilet & non functional AC. On informing Mr Alex was courteous enough to upgrade my room to a suite room. Now the upgraded room - TV s were not working & maintenance guy could fix one of them.For other tv ,he said that the set top box wasn't working.He wasn't able to make that tv work inspite of his efforts. Sad is the word ! For anyone going from north they are not courteous or polite at all. I wasn't well and I ordered medicine, just as an one off I requested them to send the meds to the room , but this guy Shashank , he was point blank - Come get it from the reception! Man too rude and un apologetic all through. Washrooms jet spray was broken, the table was wobbly , ac worked pretty weirdly , first light went off for good 20 Mins. Buffet spread isn't that great . So overall just a hyped up name with no real value.

I stayed here for two nights during a work trip; it's a pretty convenient location close to the airport. The front desk staff were quite friendly, and service in general was good. I'm knocking off a star because of the random cold-calling to offer a discount at their restaurant on the 6th floor (which should have been communicated at check-in) and also calling to ask if I wanted to use any spa services. I ate at the restaurant on the 6th floor and no discount was applied; I mentioned this upon check-out and apparently that restaurant was independent of the hotel and the discount didn't apply there, only for the one on the first floor. This hotel fails at the most basic level of hospitality. Multiple issues occurred that should never happen in a properly managed property. The room’s electronic lock stopped working due to a discharged battery, leaving luggage stuck inside and causing unnecessary stress. Housekeeping showed no understanding of customer needs, with repeated requests to make up the room ignored. When assistance was required, the in-room phones were not functioning, making it difficult to contact the front desk. These are not minor inconveniences but fundamental operational failures involving access, safety, service, and communication. It’s a 3 star budget hotel. Not a 4 star or even remotely close to a 5 star. Average staff and hospitality, average breakfast, average gym, rooms are fine for the price. But like seriously, change the rating and don’t fool people. Also, we booked 3 nights for an international guest and since the rooms had a weird smell, they checked out within minutes but the hotel refused to refund any amount for the remaining nights. No help and bad attitude too. Fun fact - I fell from the treadmill cause of a random error 5 minutes after writing this review.
