Four Points By Sheraton Bengaluru Whitefield

We had an amazing stay at Four points by Sheraton, Whitefield. We had been there with our 2 year old and all the staff here are very friendly and courteous. Special mention to Mr. Gowda who helped us with a late check out and took good care of us throughout our stay. Pooja and few more staff at the breakfast area were pleasant too. Their breakfast buffet is varied and definitely tasty. Their paneer paratha is a must try. I highly recommend this hotel for their clean rooms, excellent service, great food and prime location.

Rooms are maintained but too much hall way sound is heard in the room. The service is good but location is a little away from restaurants and shopping area

There was no transparency while quoting Tariffs. No one informed me at the time of checking in about the tariff is exclusive of Break Fast. All the Hotels include BF in tariffs. At the time of checking in I was told tariff does not include BF. I need an answer from the Management on my complaint. At the same time I compliment FO Desk Assistant Ms. Rita Harikant for excellent service and courteous behaviour. I recommend such staff needs good encouragement from the Management. Good place to stay during business visits. Good quality food, professional housekeeping and cordial staff. Could have been more upmarket given that it is a Marriott property. But still it ticks all the boxes of a pleasant stay. Recommended. 👍

We had a fantastic experience at Four Points by Sheraton. The food was excellent, and the hospitality and service were absolutely top-notch. The team was professional, attentive, and ensured everything ran seamlessly. Highly recommend the venue for celebrations and special occasions!

In May we celebrated our son’s first birthday at Kalinga Hall, Four Points by Sheraton, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. From the very beginning, Mr. Promit was extremely professional and helpful. He shared a clear plan covering all the arrangements and ensured that communication was always timely and smooth. The hall was beautifully set up, and everything was well-organized just as we had discussed. Our guests really enjoyed the warm ambience and the great service. Overall, it was a wonderful celebration and a memorable day for our family. Highly recommend this venue and the team for any special occasion!
