I went to Four seasons today for a dinner. It's good experience. One waiter is service with a great Smiley face. She happily works there. So I wish all resturant should have these kind of people at service. Her name is Piya. Really love her work. As a businessman. I appreciate her involvement and hospitality

We visited to celebrate Jamai Sasthi, and although my parents couldn’t be with us, but they wanted us to treat ourselves, especially my husband, which made the occasion extra meaningful. The food was outstanding, with every dish prepared and presented beautifully. The ambience was elegant yet comfortable, and the service was impeccable…courteous, attentive, and genuinely welcoming throughout our meal. A memorable experience from start to finish. Highly recommend Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru for anyone looking to celebrate a special occasion. We look forward to visiting again!

Stayed here for a birthday weekend staycation, and it was genuinely one of the most memorable experiences we’ve had. I recently went there for my b-day 2 days ago. But this time unfortunately the experience was bad. All because of one waitress. The waitress named FIFI was not friendly nor professional. Really how did she end up getting hired at top notch four seasons hotel where customer experience is top priority??? I would have given not even 1 star due to the FIFI. But the other waiters who assisted us were extremely professional, friendly and kept the four seasons brand image 👍. Very unfortunate that one waitress can ruin the whole brand image of regular customers like us.
