The room was quite good, but what truly stood out was the food, which was absolutely delicious, along with the excellent service. A special mention to Lakshmi, who treated us like family and made us feel completely at home. Thank you for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. Had a wonderful stay at Howard Johnson. The hotel is clean and comfortable, the food is good, and all the staff are polite and helpful. The best part of my experience was the housekeeping team and the room service staff—they were always prompt, courteous, and made my stay even more pleasant. I had a very disappointing stay at Howard Johnson by Wyndham Bangalore. We checked in late at night after a long journey, expecting a comfortable stay, especially since we were traveling with young children. Unfortunately, the room was far below acceptable standards. The washroom was full of large flies. When we reported the issue, the room attendant simply killed them with a towel instead of addressing the source of the problem or offering us another room. The bathroom itself was dirty, including both the bathtub and the separate shower area. To make matters worse, the toilet flush was not working properly, making the washroom difficult to use. The breakfast spread was good, and the food at Nest was quite enjoyable. The staff were courteous during my stay. From a housekeeping perspective, there were a few areas that require greater attention to detail.
