We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. Overall, it was a great experience. The room was clean and comfortable, and the room service was prompt and helpful. The food served was also very good and enjoyable. The hospitality of the staff was excellent, and everyone was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Everything was well managed, and we felt comfortable during our time here. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay in Bangalore. Would be happy to visit again!

Room - 302 - I had a very pleasant five-night stay at IVA by SKR Hotel during an official trip. I booked a standard room, which was compact but comfortable and well-suited for one or two guests. The room was consistently neat and tidy, with daily housekeeping and regular water bottle refills. One of the highlights of my stay was the Metro restaurant on the ground floor. The breakfast buffet, lunch, and dinner were all delicious, and the service was excellent. Special thanks to Mr. Joy, Ms. Klace, and all support staff for their warm hospitality at the restaurant and the hotel. I booked this hotel online for ₹2300 and accidentally selected occupancy for one person instead of two. During check-in, the hotel charged an additional ₹825 for the second person without even including breakfast. The amount felt completely unreasonable and more like an unfair penalty than a genuine service charge. The room itself was extremely cramped and uncomfortable. Basic amenities were missing — there wasn’t even a bucket in the bathroom. Another major issue was the bathroom lighting setup: the bathroom light stays on continuously, and because of the tinted glass panel, the entire room remained illuminated throughout the night, making it difficult to sleep properly. I recently stayed at Hotel IVA by SKR and overall, the experience was quite good. The rooms were clean, well-maintained, and the staff was polite and helpful. The property feels comfortable and well-managed, making it suitable for short as well as business stays. However, there are a few important drawbacks that future guests should be aware of. The biggest issue is connectivity despite the hotel being located right opposite a Namma Metro station. You can literally see the station from the hotel, but reaching it is surprisingly difficult.
