Octave Hotel

Very Spacious room and I feel like premium room for budgeted price. They provide the best service and Mr.Vishnu provides the best service and communicate well with the guests. Good location with apartment view. Suggestions - Keep a water bottle in a package.

I had a pleasant stay here in Bellandur, Bengaluru. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby offices, restaurants, and other amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, a good experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at Octave Sarjapur Road. The rooms were exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff members were polite, professional, and always ready to help.Especially I Like to appreciate Vishnu for his outstanding service. Highly recommended for both business and leisure trips!

⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5) Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing. The room floor was damaged and broken, which made it feel unsafe and poorly maintained. There were no basic amenities provided, and the room did not meet even the minimum expectations for a comfortable stay.One of the biggest inconveniences was that there was no telephone in the room to contact the reception. Every time I needed assistance, I had to go to the reception in person, which was frustrating. Another major issue was that there was no food service available, so it wasn't possible to order meals from the hotel. This made the stay even more inconvenient, especially after a long day. he stay was terrible and disappointing. I had booked a suite, but the first room was dirty, sticky, and smelled bad, including the bathroom. After complaining, I was moved to an executive room where the AC was not working, and then to another suite. While slightly cleaner, it still had flies and insects. The staff’s attitude made things worse. Instead of resolving the issue, they told me to adjust and said the hotel is old, so marks and smells are expected. They also admitted the pictures on the MMT app are outdated, which is misleading. Overall, the rooms were poorly maintained, hygiene was unacceptable, and the service was disappointing. Rooms were ok. Just small roaches which can be handled. Service could be better. We stayed for a day or two not much of issues except hot water. They had ac but not fan. I understand Bangalore is hot and need ac but what if I use it in winter. I would still need fan. Location wise no issues as it was in prime location.
