I had a very pleasant stay. Santanu from housekeeping was very helpful and did a great job keeping the room clean and comfortable. Thank you for the excellent service! One small suggestion: it would be helpful if staff could write their names on the feedback card, or have name cards, as guests may forget the spelling of their names.

I was in Radha Regent for around 13 days and I was pleased with their hospitality. Loved the service and the food was also very tasty. I was really happy with the service and it was my b'day as well that's why I thought of giving some chocolates to the staffs and they gave me a surprise. They arranged a cake and celebrated my b'day and it really means a lot to me. I'm thankful 😇 Hope to be there soon or sooner. 😊

I had an excellent stay at Radha Regent ECity! The staff (Roshan, Sanket, Saniya and Ipsita) were reachable, available and welcoming. Great location and fantastic amenities. And to top it all off, finger licking tasty food.

Extremely disappointing experience. The meat cuisine served was clearly not fresh, yet the prices were close to ₹1000, which is absolutely unjustified for the quality provided. The food standard is nowhere near what they claim to offer. My advice to anyone visiting this restaurant: check the prices carefully before ordering. The menu pricing itself will help you decide whether it’s worth spending your money here or not. To make things worse, they added a service charge on top of the already overpriced bill. I genuinely felt looted after dining here. Visiting this restaurant was a fatal mistake, and I will never return in the future.

Excellent experience during my 20-day stay. The facilities were great, but it’s the service that sets this hotel apart. Huge thanks to Sanket and the rest of the team for being so attentive and professional throughout my visit. They made a long trip feel much easier. Highly recommended for both short and long-term stays.
