We recently held a family gathering at the 9th mile dhaba in this property. The staff were very kind and courteous and took great care of all of us We've been coming to the restaurant for several years and I'm pleased to say that the food quality is continually outstanding and all our guests were delighted with the service and taste of the food. Mr Yash, Ms Savitri, Mr Jitesh were all very helpful, both when we went to make the booking as well as on the day of the lunch. A few things which really made this an uncomfortable stay for us 1. We were given the room 202 Nd went with the staff to room. Our key didn't work so he used his master key to open it we were inside room for an hour and decided to go down and also fix our key then only we realised our room is 208 instead of 202. When enquired in reception they said it was already allocated to someone and we have to switch now. The issues is then how this staff used master key on some room? Luckily no one was there and no one showed up when we were inside but what if it happens? Where is the privacy? 2. Our office hosted their 10th anniversary here. The lawn area was good and the hall had good air conditioning. Food option was great and toilets were clean. The staff were helpful and very accommodating. I'd recommend this place for office events. Around 120 of us came for the event and the hall was still spacious.

We loved the stay. We came as a team. The food was amazing. Big thank you to Mr Santosh and Sunny for helping us organise and make changes in the last minute which helped our programs go smooth. Had a wonderful experience at Royal Orchid Resort & Convention Centre.
