Royal Orchid Suites

I haven't had a worst experience than this. We made a booking for the most expensive executive suites. Our baby daughter fell terribly sick and so we couldn't travel. We called them and requested a refund due to medical emergency. They said they won't because it is now 24 hours before booking and we should've called them 72 hours before. How could we have if it's a medical thing ?! They cost of the room is almost 6,000 rupees and they just kept the money. No partial refund, no date change nothing. Worst service and inconsiderate people. I am a little surprised it's taken over by lemon tree hotels. Such a shame.

Stay was very nice. House keeping was great. They provide a excellent quality of cleaning in my room. Team were humble and kind. Housekeeping and maintenance department should focus on marble floor. Poor shining. Rest, everything is good.

The stay was good! The room was on the 10th floor so it came it a beautiful skyline view of the city. Unfortunately in the room we stayed in, we noticed a couple of bed bugs which were duly reported and even acknowledged to be looked at by the hotel management. The house keeping staff is very courteous and professional. The breakfast and dinner buffet has a good spread and the food is rather delicious!

Had a decent experience overall, staff were polite and intuitive to our needs. Except the initial check-in delays the rooms were neatly maintained. Loved the toiletries provided. Would suggest to allow users to select bed type during booking, as that would further improve the richness of customer experience.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. Very nice and spacious rooms. Housekeeping was excellent. The buffet breakfast was scrumptious and healthy. The room service options are limited and expensive. Though the location of the hotel is very convenient to get budget friendly options from nearby restaurants. Same goes for in -house laundry. Overall stay was comfortable.
