⚠️ Beware of the In-Room Snacks — Extremely Overpriced! Be very careful with the snacks and beverages kept in the room. They are not complimentary, and the hotel charges an outrageously inflated price for them—far more than the MRP. The charges can come as a nasty surprise when you check out. What makes it worse is that the items are conveniently placed in the room, which can easily make guests assume they are complimentary or reasonably priced. Only after checkout do you realize how expensive they actually are. This kind of pricing feels unfair and misleading. The bathroom glass unexpectedly shattered into small pieces while I was not even using the bathroom. Despite this, the hotel staff initially insisted that I was responsible for the damage, forcing me to spend nearly 30 minutes explaining the situation and escalating the issue to the General Manager before it was resolved. This unnecessary ordeal caused significant mental stress and negatively impacted my overall stay. I hope the hotel improves the safety of its bathroom fixtures and handles such incidents more professionally in the future.

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. The service was extremely poor and completely unprofessional. The manager, Hari Shankar, doesn’t seem to know how to speak respectfully to guests. The way he talked to me made me feel like I wasn’t a valued customer at all. A hotel’s reputation depends on how guests are treated, and unfortunately, this experience was very disappointing. I will never return to this hotel, and I will also advise my friends and family not to stay here. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service.

I had a very disappointing experience with the hotel's front office during checkout regarding a simple and standard request for a GST tax invoice. My stay itself was actually pleasant. The room, food, and rooftop pool were all good, and because of that I was even planning to recommend this hotel to my colleagues who frequently travel to Electronic City, Bangalore for work.
