No matter how luxurious a hotel is or how beautiful its ambience may be, it is truly disappointing if it values only its guests while completely ignoring the drivers who bring those guests. I came here from Nellore, Andhra Pradesh, as a professional driver with my customers. However, I was not even allowed to use a washroom or sit in the waiting area. I was told that only customers are allowed and that drivers are not permitted. This is very disappointing. Drivers play an important role in the hospitality industry. We are the ones who safely bring your customers to your hotel, and in many ways, we are part of the backbone of your business. We are not asking for luxury—only basic human dignit

To much traffic to reach the place, if you forget to follow direction then you may need to take 25 minutes traffice struggle to get U turn on thumkur road. Nice property, good service, huge space inced and very well maintained hotel. I suggest not to choose such a place if you are planing for a event or celebration. It may suitable if you are just looking to be in hotel

Good location, spacious rooms, but food is average and service is disappointing. TV was not working, called thrice at Reception, only then they send someone. Extra blanket, Tea, whatever you need, will take forever to reach your room. In event dinners they don't place dessert spoons, even for forks n bowls, you've to struggle a bit to get one. Overall, pretty average.

Food is pretty meh. The room size is decent. Swimming pool didnot have enough accessories for kids. The staff is pretty decent. This somehow is a a very "Untaj" like property. More suited for corporate dinner and lunches . Not great for a staycation.

This was my worst experience with a Taj property. I stayed at the hotel for six days during a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing. I work US hours and sleep during the day. Despite placing a “Do Not Disturb”, I repeatedly received calls and doorbell rings for housekeeping and other services, which significantly disrupted my rest. This lack of consideration for guest privacy was frustrating. The breakfast service was also very poor. Any ordered item took a minimum of 30 minutes to arrive, and on some occasions, my requests were simply ignored. It often felt as though the staff prioritized attending to foreign guests over others.
