The Tharavadu Mane

We recently hosted our son's Upanayanam at Tharavadu Mane, and it exceeded every expectation. The venue is a perfect blend of tradition and luxury, making it an ideal place for sacred ceremonies like Upanayanam. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush greenery, serene surroundings, and a peaceful ambiance that is incredibly rare to in busy Bangalore. Every one of our guests was mesmerized by the beauty of the venue. Those who stayed overnight said it felt more like a premium resort than an event venue, making the entire experience even more memorable. A special mention to Anupam and Swananda, who were incredibly warm, welcoming, and accommodating throughout the planning process.

Excellent location for weddings and similar events. Location is tastefully set and provides lot of photo opportunities. There are a few rooms and a couple of dorms with large bunk beds. The attention to detail in the ethnic decor is fantastic. Quite far from the city Centre so own transport is advised though Uber coverage is present. There is parking inside the property for about 15 cars.

Very Maniratnam meets Ravi Varma coded venue. It was beautiful to get married here. We fell for the Thotti mane aesthetic especially! The staff were extremely helpful. Anupam and Harish were excellent hosts. The venue is also pet friendly so we could comfortably take our dog for the wedding. The approved vendors are also great! Rooms were clean and amenities were good. Enjoyed the experience thoroughly and would highly recommend for weddings!

We were absolutely charmed by the beauty and vintage appeal of Tharavadu Mane. It was the perfect setting for our Mehendi, Sangeet, Vrutham and Nischithartham. The Nadumuttam or courtyard added a magical touch during the Mehendi. We had a small burst of rain just after Mehendi and the place looked even more beautiful in the rain. The rooms had doors with antique locks and carved bedposts and mirrors. The pillars, the stone arches, the little bridge, the Ganesha idol, the temple, the mantapas and all the small photo spots gave a heritage feel to this place. Our hosts Anupam and Swananda have maintained it so lovingly and beautifully that one can't help falling in love with this venue at first

Tharavadu mane was the PERFECT choice for our wedding... The venue is very beautiful and surreal. It is indeed very warm and gives the feeling of 'mane', which translates to home. It offers a refreshing sense of calm, and the heritage architecture adds wonderfully to its charm. All our guests loved the place as well and we got a lot of compliments for choosing this venue. The management and overall arrangements were very well organized and punctual. Anupam and the entire team were incredibly supportive and helpful in every possible way, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. Overall, we had the best memories and a great time.
