I recently stayed at *White Pearl Suites* and had a really pleasant experience. The front office team was very welcoming and professional. Special thanks to *Ms. Satabdi Das, the Front Office Manager*. She was polite, helpful, and made sure everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly. Anytime we had a request or question, she and her team responded quickly and took care of it. The overall service at the hotel was good, clean, and comfortable. I really appreciated the warm hospitality. I would definitely recommend White Pearl Suites to others.

Very disappointing stay at The White Pearl, Whitefield near Hopefarm Signal. The room condition was terrible and poorly maintained. The overall atmosphere was uncomfortable and not worth the money at all. The absolute worst part of the experience was the receptionist, a young man at the front desk. Extremely rude, arrogant, and completely unprofessional. He never smiled once, always had a hard and angry face, and spoke in a very disrespectful manner. It honestly felt like guests were bothering him just by asking basic questions. Someone with this kind of attitude is completely unfit for a hospitality job. I had an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience at White Pearl Suites, Whitefield. We had booked 7 rooms for 16 guests well in advance and had meticulously pre-arranged everything — including sharing ID proofs, room allocations, and confirming 3 king rooms and 4 twin rooms along with specific room numbers. Since we were hosting an event, we ensured all details were clearly communicated beforehand to avoid any last-minute chaos. Despite this, the hotel completely failed to deliver on basic commitments. We had paid an additional ₹2000 for extra beds in 2 rooms, with a clear understanding that these would be set up at check-in (2 PM). However, even by 11 PM, no extra beds were pr
