K V · GoogleStayed here with family for two nights and we had an unpleasant experience. The service is the worst part here. We had opted for breakfast when we booked the room. Breakfast options were very less. The severs were inexperienced. Had to repeat my order 3 times. When they came and asked the 4 th time, I finally asked them to drop it. Drinking water wasn't available in the room. Had to call the reception 3-4 times and had to wait an hour to get water bottles. I requested some plates for having dinner in the room. Waited an hour, got fed up, and picked them up from the restaurant myself. Even though they have a pool, it's on an adjacent, different plot. To reach the pool, you'll have to exit the
Rahul Hari H · GoogleWorst experience of holi event ever. They organised a holi event called Novaland, which gone very worst. No proper management, high priced food and beverages. A single mineral water bottle 500ml is 60rs which mrp is 10. They said they’ll provide unlimited colors, but they won’t. I recommend dont ever visit VRR for any event. Worst management ever.

We have booked 6 rooms in VRR resort and following things happened 1. when initially we arrived watch man was saying we have to park the vehicle outside of the resort.It was really bad experience backside they were having the big parking for convention centre and it was empty completely and they were not allowing the parking inside. 2. After that we were asking for the room which check in time was at 2 PM ,but at 2.15 also they were telling we will get room after half an hour we were waiting at reception only because room was not empty.Really bad experience. 3. After that we were roaming next morning inside the resort and we took our children to play area
