Staff behavior was bad and broken toilet room and unhygienic was very evident in all the place.

They are providing fake details i lost my 4thousand Rs even though I didnot stay . Please don't go by fab hotel online they are cheating with booking . I paid all money through fab hotel. I reached in the property they said we will not taking fab hotel paid you have to pay directly my 4k was gone then I paid 7 k on same hotel directly because of my urgency I should have to stay .. so please my people's don't go through this hotel its waste of money and rude behavior of manager like something I buyer from his pocket .. so pathetic recently booked one .. Thanks

Tv was not working and not much tv channels options. Food and beverage is not good.staff are not at all professional. They instruct the guest not use tea spoons, shortage of spoons and they are not able to wash the spoons and circulate again. In bathroom almost in all rooms washbasin are leakage is there. Broken bucket is kept in the room. Overall experience is very bad.

One of the worst hotel I ever saw very old rooms and not having proper maintenance. Fridge is getting bad smell and beds are full of strain marks. AC is not working properly, shower is having water leakage and the list goes on and on.. In a single word to describe its pathetic just see pic of chair condition it talks about hotel condition

Absolute worst. Had booked the hotel for my colleagues . They took payment for the entire duration during check in. Room did not have a fan, AC was not working, they didn’t provide a single water bottle. When I called customer care to ask them to refund one days amount since we would be checking out because of the experience, their rudeness appalled me. They were not at all ready to talk in a polite way and connected me to another customer who was calling to complaint about a fab hotel in Nagpur. I mean how does one hotel chain mess up so badly. Please stay away from this place
