Mr Pankaj and his staff are courteous, and the overall ambience was pleasant. The cleanliness and facilities are good, and the service was decent. Overall the expereience at lemon tree was a great one

Everything is good apart from food. I didnt like the taste. Also they should add some more items in buffet.

Had a pleasant stay at Lemon Tree Hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I was happy with the overall facilities and hospitality. The staff was courteous, and the stay experience was smooth and comfortable. Would recommend for both business and family stays.

I was here for a day. I visited the gym and I met the trainer Seena here. He helped me with the workout and also cleared a lot of doubts. He has good knowledge on training different body types and achieving different goals.

Booked a room here one only night in prior for the next day. However the next morning was unable to travel due to a personal emergency but the hotel said no refund nor cancellation is possible. Considering the booking was made for only 6 hours before I had to cancel it I feel the hotel could have been reasonable to understand. Or at least, they could have offered a reschedule or credit note. Wont ever book again , nor recommend to anyone.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, though the washrooms felt a bit small and congested. Room service was prompt and satisfactory, and the food quality was decent. However, the staff’s attitude could be improved. Their responses at times felt unwelcoming and somewhat careless, which affected the overall experience. With better hospitality and attentiveness, the stay could have been much more pleasant.
